At our booth, we will be showcasing a range of “direct-write exposure systems” optimized for substrates for semiconductor packages and for thick, heavy AI server PCBs, as well as various equipment used in PCB manufacturing.
In addition, we will be displaying an operational “Nerlingless Auto Peeler” that automatically removes protective films from a variety of film materials (DFR, interlayer insulation materials, DFSR, polyimide films, etc.).
