ADTEC Enters into Distributor Agreement with Advanced Micro Optics Instruments Inc.(Suzhou) for Direct Imaging Exposure Systems

ADTEC Engineering Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Tokyo, Japan; President: Koichiro Takeda; hereinafter referred to as “ADTEC”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a distributor agreement with Advanced Micro Optics Instruments Inc.(Suzhou) *1 (CEO: Lei Zhang; hereinafter referred to as “MIKOPTIK”), a Chinese manufacturer of exposure systems. Under this agreement, ADTEC will begin handling MIKOPTIK’s direct imaging (DI) exposure systems designed and manufactured by MIKOPTIK.
・Scope of Services: Sales support and maintenance services for direct imaging exposure systems and related components in Japan
・Products Handled: DPS-50T and others
