My section is the front line actively communicating and negotiating with customers. My job is to present ADTEC's latest equipment to customers and introduce the most suitable products to fit customers' requirements. This includes not only price negotiations with customers but confirming the customer specification with engineering, just like a pipeline between the customer and our Nagaoka factory.
Most of our customers are from Taiwan & China region. It was my dream to be a liaison bridge between Japan, Taiwan and China. Therefore, I joined to ADTEC Engineering.
My bosses are all gentlemen and my colleagues are very friendly. I can also enjoy casual conversation with the chairman and president. Additionally, because we have a lot of oversea customers, it is a good experience for me to contact different cultures.
Whenever the customers give us any feedback about how products could be improved, I immediately contact those concerned in our company and take the necessary steps to give the client a better product.
It's a good experience to go overseas for a machine's installation or maintenance and communicate with customers directly. I think this experience will broaden your view of things.
