How would you explain to your family what your section does?

My section is responsible for after-sales service. Our main tasks are machine installations, troubleshooting problems and maintenance services.
To what kind of animal would you compare ADTEC Engineering? Please give the reason.

I think it would be an ox. The reason is that it works so hard to satisfy the customers.
Why did you decide to join ADTEC Engineering?

After studying in Japan for four years, I aspired to become cultural and economic bridge between China and Japan. ADTEC Engineering was recruiting engineers for the Chinese market at that time and I simply thought that my dream could come true if I joined the company.
What has been the most enjoyable experience since joining ADTEC Engineering?

My most enjoyable experience was making my first business trip abroad and installing machinery without anyone's help. It was at that moment that I felt myself begin to be an independent person.
What are you most proud of Nagaoka?

The best thing about Nagaoka is the absolutely delicious rice.
Where do you see yourself five years from now?

I hope to flourish in the Chinese market by continuing to develop my technical skills.
What would you say to anyone thinking of joining ADTEC Engineering?

Since you will face unexpected events everyday, at first you might be discouraged. However, your dream can definitely come true, when you set your goal and achieve it.
